Conceptualizing and prototyping novel optical architectures, driving them from initial design through development cycles to production-ready systems. Inventive optical physics intuition has built an exceptional patent portfolio (40+ patents).
A proven ability to build and mentor high-performing R&D teams, and an Internationally respected expertise in the field of holographic interferometry and metrology.
